THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.M.A.M.P.No.538 of 2017 And Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.568 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 CPC challenging the orders dated 16.06.2015 in A.S.No.74 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Secunderabad. C.M.A.M.P.No.538 of 2017 is filed seeking permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the appeal. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is granted and C.M.A.M.P.No.538 of 2017 is ordered. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
