THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19856 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that only temporary sheds are being put up and the same will be removed, after the completion 'Bonalu' festival. The said statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that, if the petitioners are aggrieved by any inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, it is open for them to assail the same as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
