When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 12.11.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24458 of 2019. Following the order dated 12.11.2019 in W.P.No.

24458 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit representations afresh to the respondents within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order seeking appointment to the respective posts of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (Civil) (Men and Women), Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (AR) (Men and Women), Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (SAR CPL) (Men), Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (TSSP) (Men) in Police Department, Constable in Telangana Special Protection Force Department, Firemen in Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department, Warders (Male) in Prisons and Correctional Services Department and Warders (Female) in Prisons and Correctional Services Department.

Upon receipt of such representations, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. No costs.
