HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Tr.Crl.P. No.7 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.30 of 2014 of Women Police Station, Adilabad and also 1st respondent-State represented by learned public prosecutor.

2. There are no grounds to transfer the Crime No.30 of 2014 pending on the file of Hon'ble Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class Adilabad (Women Police Station, Adilabad) to the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad (WPS, Hyderabad) but for to say from the alleged apprehension of life threat to accused on every adjournment of personal appearance. The petitioners are given at liberty to file an application under Rule 37 Cr.R.P before the learned Magistrate to permit the 2nd accused, who is resident of Adilabad to represent other accused for those adjournments, with necessary conditions and personal appearance as and when required. The petitioner is liberty to address the police for any security required to him for attending the Court and in the case of any such written request, the police shall provide by collecting necessary charges.

3. Subject to the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
