Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, with the passage of time and having regard to the subsequent development in the matter, does not press the writ prayer but seeks liberty of the Court to work out remedies if any available against the act of omission or commission of respondents in accordance with law and requests to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner, if so advised and law provides, can work out remedies against the ac t of omission or commission of respondents stated in the writ affidavit.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
