HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITON No.22871 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5 and trying to dispossess the petitioner from the house bearing No.1-2-409, admeasuring Ac.0.28 guntas situated in Survey No.566/1/E of Rakasipet, Bodhan Town, Nizamabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court by order, dated 18.10.2019, while issuing notice before admission to the unofficial respondent, directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home to get instructions in the matter. Further by the said order, this Court directed the official respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner and also the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5 except in accordance with law.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court a copy of the written instructions, dated 30.10.2019, of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bodhan Town Police Station, Nizamabad Dsitrict and based on the said written instructions, he would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.371 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 448, 354, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Bodhan Town Police Station on 15.10.2019 and except taking up investigation in the said case, the respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5 at any point of time.
Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
