.......Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the auction notice, dt.09-03-2015 issued by the 5th respondent by proposing to conduct public auction on 1903-2015 for leasing out the fishing rights in respect of Ac.12.26 cts in R.S.No.524 of Lakshmaneswaram Village, Narsapur Mandal, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, without terminating the existing tenancy rights and without evicting the petitioners in accordance with law as illegal, arbitrary exercise of power, contrary to law and unconstitutional;

Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the auction notice, dt.09-03-2015 issued by the 5th respondent, pending disposal of Writ Petition No. 6771 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.
