When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that since the petitioner Nos.1 to 8 and 10 did not make any application for building permission to the extent of the said petitioners, the writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
The said request is considered and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn to the extent of petitioners No.1 to 8 and 10.
With regard to 9th petitioner, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents/ Municipal Corporation that as the 9th petitioner herein, vide letter No.10.05.2018, stated that he uploaded the link documents, the authorities will verify the same and take appropriate action on the building application submitted by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition to the extent of 9th petitioner is disposed of, directing the second respondent-Municipal Corporation to process and pass appropriate orders on the building application, strictly in accordance with law, pursuant to the representation, dated 10.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the 9th petitioner herein, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. The Writ Petition to the extent of petitioner Nos.1 to 8 and 10 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
