By virtue of the orders passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.751 of 2016 dated 26.09.2016 dismissing W.P.No.24599 of 2016, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, following the orders passed in W.A.No.751 of 2016 dated 26.09.2016, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the interim orders passed in the Petition shall stand vacated.
