This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 03.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.2371 of 2015 in G.O.P.No.1148 of 2014 on the file of Family Court-cum-V Additional District Court, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the respondent present. As per the office note submitted by the Registry, G.W.O.P.No.1148 of 2014 was disposed of by the trial Court on 26.04.2018. In view of the disposal of the main G.O.P., the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
