The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, Chandrayanagutta, Hyderabad, in illegally restraining the petitioner from living in his own house bearing MC No.18-1-514/C/21/1/1/1, admeasuring 100 square yards situated at Phool Bagh, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad, under the threat of cancellation of his passport and implicating him in serious offences, as highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India.
Heard Sri Mohd. Osman Shaheed, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dated 04.11.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, while denying the allegations made in the writ petition submits that till date no complaint is given by any individual against the petitioner nor any case is registered against him and he was never called to the police station.
Having regard to the said statement made on behalf of the 3rd respondent, no furthers orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
