THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19896 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 12.03.2018, to the respondent Nos.1 and 2, but no action has been take so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondents herein, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken as per law. Recording the above statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to verify the representation, dated 12.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action as per law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
