Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri M. Ravindra counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4.

The petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking enhanced subsistence allowance at the rate of 75% with effect from 28.09.2013 till his reinstatement up to 06.06.2015.

After filing of the Writ Petition, a memo dt.11.07.2017 has been issued by the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to draw subsistence allowance at the rate of 75% with effect from 28.09.2013 till the date of his reinstatement on 06.06.2015. 4.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus redressed, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
