The appeal was already dismissed for default against the 1st respondent. The 2nd respondent is the driver of the RTC bus. As there was no representation for the appellant on 06.03.2015, this appeal was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even on this day, there is no representation for the appellant despite listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal'. It indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
