Aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action on the complaints given by the petitioner on 20.05.2018, 21.05.2018 and 04.06.2018 against respondents 6 to 11, present Writ Petition is filed. Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Routhu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents on instructions submits that basing on the complaints of the petitioner against respondents 6 to 11, a case in FIR No.62 of 2018 dated 12.06.2018 was registered against respondents 6 to 11. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner also filed representation for police protection. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner for police protection and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
