HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22916 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 5th respondent - Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, MedchalMalkajgiri District, in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.09.2019.
2. Heard Sri Ch. Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material on record.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the written instructions dated 21.10.2019, of respondent No.5, submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 15.09.2019, an entry was made in the General Diary, enquired into the matter and registered a case in Crime No.1005 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323 and 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the file of Uppal Police Station on 19.10.2019.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands addressed and no further orders are required to be passed
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
