THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY S.A.M.P.No.2834 of 2017 IN/AND SECOND APPEAL No.1075 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the plaintiffs, under Section 100 of CPC, assailing the decree and judgment dated 12.06.2012 in A.S.No.12 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Gooty, Anantapur district wherein and whereby the decree and judgment dated 09.12.2009 passed in O.S.No.200 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Gooty, Anantapur district was confirmed. S.A.M.P.No.2834 of 2017 is filed by the petitionerappellant to permit him to compromise the matter with the respondent in terms of the Memorandum of compromise. Petitioner/appellant and respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 are present. Mr.A.Hanumantha Reddy, learned counsel, identified petitioner/appellant.

Sri Sujan Kumar, Advocate, representing Sri P. Narasimhulu, learned counsel for the respondents, identified respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 in the open Court.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the record. This Court read over and explained conditions of the Memorandum of Compromise to the petitioner and respondents in Telugu and they admitted the

same. The petitioner and respondents, in the open Court, submitted that they entered into compromise to put an end to the litigation at the advice of the elders.

Accordingly, S.A.M.P.No.2834 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the compromise. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
