This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw D.O.P.No.222 of 2015 from the file of the Principal District Judge, Guntur, and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Guntur, to try along with F.C.O.P.No.167 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
