THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.4961 of 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not continuing the services of the petitioner and regularizing the services of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's services from his initial appointment in pursuance of the circular No.PD-30/1997, Dt.24-41997 issued by the corporation.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 28.3.2016. Today also no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the Fore Noon or in the After Noon even though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition.
