Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering petitioners explanation dt.26.06.2015 to the notice dt.22.06.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent.

The Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's explanation dt.26.06.2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's explanation dt.26.06.2015 to the show cause notice dt.22.06.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
