HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2122 of 2006 ORDER :

This revision is preferred questioning order dated 23.01.2006 in dismissing I.A.S.R.No.14310 of 2005 in O.S.No.10 of 2005 on the file of I Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru.

2. In this case no interim order is granted and now as per the Office note the suit itself was dismissed on 22.12.2008 as adjusted out of Court.

3. In view of the above, this revision is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
