Heard Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. This writ petition is filed to declare the Movement Order issued by the 4th respondent dated 30-4-2015 transferring the petitioner to KIOCL, Kudramukh, Chikmangalore, Karnataka State from BHEL Unit, Ramachandrapuram, Medak district as illegal, arbitrary by setting aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner at BHEL Unit, Ramachandrapuram, Medak district for a further period of one year.

3. It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the order dated 03-6-2015 in W.P.M.P.No.18803 of 2015 passed by this Court has been complied with. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
