HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition Nos.16896 and 23743 of 2017 Common Order:

Both the Writ Petitions were filed by the same petitioner. W.P.No.16896 of 2017 was filed challenging the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioner and not permitting him to write II Semester of III Year B.Tech examinations commencing from 2nd May 2017. By virtue of the interim order of this Court, dated 11.05.2017, the petitioner was permitted to appear for II Semester of III Year examinations. Thereafter, W.P.No.23743 of 2017 was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not declaring the results of the petitioner pertaining to II Semester of III Year B.Tech examinations conducted in May 2017 and not allowing the petitioner to attend IV Year classes by promoting him.

When these matters are taken up for admission, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in these Writ Petitions has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.15824 of 2016, vide order dated 11.09.2017, and these matters are squarely covered by the said order.

Recording the above submission, both the Writ Petitions are allowed in terms of the order dated 11.09.2017 in W.P.No.15824 of 2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
