No. 9081 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) On 16.03.2017, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner, nor was made any representation on his behalf. Thereafter, on five consecutive days, the writ petition was adjourned at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems, the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
