Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for the respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.11321 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court in W.P.No.11321 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Copy of the order dated 11.06.2019 in W.P.No.11321 of 2019 be annexed to this order.
