Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.21100 of 2019, dated 25.09.2019.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the judgment, dated 12.09.2012, in WP.No.20407 of 2008 and batch.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
