THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.CRIMINAL PETITION No.145 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C to withdraw C.C.No.1535 of 2015 pending on the file of the Court of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad and transfer the same to any other Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Tr.Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
