THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.30442 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of date there is no proceedings issued by the Wakf Board appointing a fresh Enquiry Officer, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a Writ Petition questioning the same as and when aggrieved.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
