HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22877 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Manuguru Police Station, Manugur Town and Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District in extending police protection to the petitioners for implementation of the judgment and decree dated 11.10.2017 in O.S. No.487 of 2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent to the Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, and for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 to 6 to provide police protection to the petitioners to implement the said judgment and decree.
2. Heard Sri S. Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6, and perused the material on record.
3. As can be seen from the order of the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, in I.A. No.622 of 2016 in I.A. No.534 of 2016 in O.S. No.487 of 2016, the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Manuguru, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, was directed to provide police protection to the petitioners restraining the respondents therein
i.e., respondent Nos.7 to 9 herein, their agents or any other persons from in any way interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the petition schedule property.
4. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated by the petitioners that the aforesaid order of police protection passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate is still in force. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injunction order in their favour in I.A. No.534 of 2016 in O.S. No.487 of 2016 is still subsisting and is in force.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Manuguru, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, is hereby directed to extend police aid to the petitioners on their approaching for implementation and enforcement of the aforestated injunction order passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
