Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation.

The petitioners have already filed O.S.No.181 of 2015 on the file of IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their men and subordinates from interfering with the suit schedule property and to direct the defendants to remove the name board erected in front of the compound wall of the suit schedule property.

As the petitioners have already invoked the jurisdiction of the civil Court, any opinion expressed by this Court either on merits or on the point of jurisdiction may prejudice the rights of the parties. In those circumstances, leaving it open to the petitioners to workout the remedies as available in law, the writ petition is closed.
