The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents are not taking-up investigation pursuant to Crime No.135 of 2018 of II Town Police Station, Tenali. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that during the course of investigation, LWs 1 to 5 were examined in the said crime and the accused were issued notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. on 17-05-2018 and investigation is almost completed and chargesheet will be filed as expeditiously as possible. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
