Learned counsel for the petitioner says that lis in the writ petition is covered by order, dated 03-03-2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.6690 of 2016. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
