HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40932 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ...... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to the 2nd Respondent to register the crime against 7th & 8th Respondents and arrest 8th Respondent immediately in order to protect the interests of 5th Respondent minor and declare the inaction as illegal, arbitrary ....." When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that already the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, has ordered an enquiry against the 7th respondent herein and he has also received copy of the same. Since the enquiry is already initiated by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, against the 7th respondent on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
