When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Smt.P.Laxmi, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2Municipal Corporation, that the respondent-Municipal Corporation already issued a notice under Section 452 (1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the same was received by the 3rd respondent on 18.06.2018 and further action pursuant to the said notice will be taken, as per law.

The said statement is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to proceed further, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
