Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-accused and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State.

Perused the record.

There is a default on the part of the petitioner in appearing before the trial Court on one occasion and now the petitioner intends to file an application to recall the warrant issued against him.

On filing of such an application and appearing personally before the trial Court, the trial Court shall dispose of the said application on merits.
