It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2014 and Batch. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2014 and Batch. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
