THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4855 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking bail in crime No.50 of 2014 on the file of the Cyber Crime Police Station, DD, CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 66, 66(c)(d) of the Income Tax Act and Sections 120B, 419, 420, 468, 471 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner/A.2 herein is that he indulged conspiracy of causing financial loss to the complainant and also he fabricated the income tax returns intentionally. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner/A.2 shall be enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties pertaining to the State of Telangana for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. The petitioner is directed to report to the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10 A.M. and 5 P.M. until further orders.
