HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.43519 of 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioners approach this Court with a prayer to direct the 3rd respondent herein to consider their representation for permission to run TRR Institute of Medical Sciences, TRR Nagar - 2nd respondent herein. The said representation is pending from the year 2015. The said representation was made informing the Scheme to the academic year 20162017. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that due to illness of one of the members of the 3rd respondent herein, the representation was not considered in the said academic year and the said representation informing the scheme is pending before the same authority for consideration. The learned counsel for petitioners prayed this Court to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the said representation to the academic year 2017-2018.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction : If any representation informing the scheme made by petitioners is pending with the 3rd respondent herein, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to dispose of the same for the academic year 2017-2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
