This application seeking to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the review petition is taken-up. Sri A.Karthik, learned counsel representing the office of Sri D.V.Sitaramamurthy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner in the instant case has already withdrawn Brief from the office long back. As such, they do not have any instructions in this matter.
The matter was listed on a couple of occasions earlier also. However, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
In the light of the aforesaid factual matrix, we are inclined to dismiss this application for want of prosecution. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
