This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the 3rd respondent Police in not registering the FIR basing on the complaint made by the petitioner on 08.06.2018 and 08.12.2017 against the respondents 4 to 10.

Heard Sri P.V.N.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR No.61 of 2018 was registered against the respondents 4 to 10 on 13.06.2018. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
