HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7978 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1, A6, A7 and A8 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.47 of 2015 of Narayanpur Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor (Telangana) for the State before notice to respondent No.2 and before admission. Perused the material on record. As the material falls short for this Court to admit the application, the same is disposed of with the observation that as the trial Court even granted bail to the other accused, the presence of the petitioners pending investigation shall consider to dispense with their presence so as to summon after filing of any final report and taking of any cognizance.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
