Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that police already filed charge sheet in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
