Heard.
2. It is seen that the earlier bail application filed by the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.213 of 2017 before the court of the Special Sessions Judge for NDPS cases cum I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal, was dismissed on 03.04.2017 holding that the offence is grievous, in as much as the quantity of ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners, is in commercial quantity and that the investigation is pending.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is still pending and charge sheet is not yet filed.
4. Since there are no changed circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The petitioners can renew their bail application after some time, if they are so advised.
