This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 15.11.2016 in I.A.No.743 of 2016 in HMOP.No.138 of 2015 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original petition itself was disposed of on 25.10.2018, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
