This Application has been taken out seeking a direction to the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the debt of the applicant herein by condoning the delay of 755 days.

For the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, this Application is ordered duly condoning the delay of 755 days subject to the applicant depositing Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates' Association within two weeks from today.
