HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 3235 of 2016 ORDER:

Seeking enquiry on incorporation of the name of the 5th respondent in the revenue records and pahanis in respect of Survey No.747/6 admeasuring Acs.4.70 cents in Kambadur Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, the petitioner filed a representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kalyandurgam, 3rd respondent herein, on 06.07.2015. It appears, the 3rd respondent made an endorsement on the said representation to the Tahsildar, Kambadur Mandal, 4th respondent herein, to enquire thoroughly and report the facts. The petitioner alleges that no action is taken by the 4th respondent so far, in spite of the said direction.

In view of the endorsement of the 3rd respondent on Ex.P.6 representation referred to above, the 4th respondent shall conduct an appropriate enquiry and send a necessary report to the 3rd respondent, preferably within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. ___________________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J 4th February, 2016
