This Appeal is filed assailing the decree and judgment dated 12.06.2003 in O.S.No.8 of 1977 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Karimnagar.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.
