ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner is claiming rectification of pay anomaly compared to his junior, alleging that junior to him has got higher pay. Petitioner has submitted representations on 25.6.2013 and 24.11.2015. Grievance of the petitioner is that said representations are not acted upon so far. Parity of pay can be claimed only if all things are same and erroneously petitioner is denied the pay protection on par with his junior. Thus, unless a decision is taken on the claim made by the petitioner expressing an opinion, matter cannot be considered. However, since representations are already filed and same are pending consideration, writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.6.2013 and 24.11.2015 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
