B/O tk 11.10.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner No.2/A3 in Crl.P.7921 of 2021 dt.18.11.2021 that he should appear before the Police till completion of trial on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is eking his livelihood from the meager income derived from his small business; and that the petitioner has to close his business on every Sunday as he has to appear before the concerned police, due to which the petitioner is facing serious financial problems.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is complete and charge sheet is already filed.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner No.2/A3 in Crl.P.7921
of 2021 dt.18.11.2021 that he should appear before the Police till completion of trial on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m.
and 1.00 p.m., is relaxed and the appearance of the petitioner No.2/A3 before the concerned Police is dispensed with.
However, the petitioner No.2/A3 shall appear on every date of hearing before the concerned Court.
