THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19875 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in response to the show cause notice, dated 16.07.2018, issued by the Licensing Officer, District Transport Office, Karimnagar, the petitioner herein submitted an explanation on 23.07.2018. A request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the said explanation and pass orders, by fixing some time. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader submits that the said explanation, if it is pending, will be verified and appropriate Orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders pursuant to the show cause notice, dated 16.07.2018, by taking into account the explanation offered by the petitioner on 23.07.2018, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
